Processing Times and Postage
Unfortunately due to a large workload we are currently unable to grant any rush orders. We are working through orders on a first come, first served basis and are completing orders as quickly as possible but are asking that you allow 7 working days for us to make your item. Your custom is really important to us so please bear with us!
Our current order processing time is 7 working days.
This is the time it takes us to produce your order in our studios. Our processing times don't include postage times which are outlined below.
If items are needed sooner than this please check with us before ordering as we deal with orders on a first come first served basis.
We do not give refunds for items which may not arrive on time or which arrive late so please choose your postal option carefully.
Free UK delivery is available on all items. Items are only posted on working days, not including weekends and bank holidays. Delivery times are as follows;
1st Class (Recorded and Standard) - estimated 1 to 2 working days
2nd Class (Recorded and Standard) - estimated 2 to 5 working days
Please be aware 1st and 2nd class recorded delivery are nearly always delivered on time but can take up to 15 working days (this is rare). This is standard policy for the Royal Mail and all who use them.
Ordering Multiple Items
If ordering two or more items we may either send them separately via Royal Mail or alternatively together using a courier. This is due to the size restrictions the Royal Mail have implemented on their small parcels. We will always endeavour, where possible, to match the delivery times of those selected at the checkout e.g. 1st class Royal Mail is equivalent to a 1-2 day courier service.
As items are hand produced we are unable to dispatch items 'next day'. However we offer special delivery to customers who wish to guarantee delivery on top of our own production times (unless previously agreed this could be up to 10 working days or longer depending on the information at the top of this page). Customers are welcome to contact us on email email@example.com to see if its possible to get an item out sooner and we do recommend this as rush orders are not always possible. If you select special delivery at the checkout without contact prior to ordering we'll assume you have read the information on processing times and are happy for us to produce your item in accordance with our regular dispatch times.
Royal Mail Charge a premium for Special Delivery for even the smallest items. Unfortunately when purchasing our wooden gifts you may find the special delivery price to be extremely expensive. These are not inflated prices but exactly what Royal Mail charge for this service. As profits are already small on these items we are unable to post using this service for less. We hope you understand.
Further Postage Information
Postage is to within the UK only. If you require an item sent overseas please contact us for a price.
Various Royal Mail postal services will come up at the checkout, please select carefully depending on your needs.
On many of our items we use recorded services for your protection. Unfortunately these do not speed up delivery times.
If you are unable to take delivery of your item Royal Mail should return it to the delivery/collection office for collection at your convenience. They should leave a note stating this but sometimes don't. If your item hasn't arrived may be worth a call to them to double check if your parcel is waiting for you.
Royal Mail only hold items for 7 days before returning them to sender. We cannot be held responsible for the costs incurred in reposting an item that has been returned to us due to non collection. Cleared payment for resending items must be received before items are resent.
We are happy to post our items overseas. Please enquire about postage costs if they are not immediately available on the website. Prices only cater for orders weighing up to 2kg but if there is a problem with the weight of your order we will contact you asap.
